This policy describes what information this website actually collects, which is very little. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What this site collects
The only information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional business type, and your message. That is the complete list. This site has no user accounts, no comment sections, and no newsletter signups.
What happens to a form submission
When you submit the contact form, your submission is delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Web3Forms processes the submission solely to deliver it. You can read their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
We use what you send us for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not run analytics, and does not include any advertising or social media tracking scripts.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like virtually every web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
A note on sensitive information
Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax documents, or other sensitive financial information through the contact form or by email. If we work together, we will exchange anything sensitive through a secure channel established for that purpose.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for responding to you and maintaining our records. If you would like the correspondence you sent us deleted, email cate@cheekandbalance.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever starts collecting something new, this policy will be updated to say so before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
